Annabelleschocolate.com Return Policy:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date.

How do I make a return?

  1. Complete the Return Form provided with your order. Be sure to include this and a copy of your original invoice in the package.
  2. Affix the preprinted return label to your securely sealed package. Please note: a $5.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your return total if our preprinted Return Label is used.
  3. Drop off at your nearest UPS location.

When will my card be refunded?

Your refund minus the shipping fee will be refunded as soon as we receive your return in our shop.

How do I make an exchange?

If you would like to make an exchange, please call us 530-295-9390 for quick processing. We will create a new order for you and ship it to you with no additional shipping fees. We will process your refund once the merchandise is received in our shop in original condition.

Is the annabelleschocolate.com return policy the same as in store?

We offer an extended 30 day return policy for all online orders due to shipping time.  Our store offers 10 days for Exchanges or Merchandise Credits on regular priced items.

Can I send back merchandise purchased at a Annabelle’s Chocolate location to the website?

No. Returns for merchandise purchased in-store are accepted at any store location.  Only returns for web orders are accepted online.

Can I return an online purchase to Annabelle’s Chocolate Lounge?
